The art of kinetic sculpture began with mobiles!(Thank you, Alexander Calder!) Children will create a mobile for yard or home from materials found in nature while learning how science, math and art help create the design.

Class is designed for those entering 1st to 5th grades. Class size is limited to 15 children. We ask that parent/guardian remains nearby class activities to help provide supervison. 

Admission to the gardens applies for non-FOTA members - $3/adults; $1/children 6-12; free for children under 6.

Classes fill up fast. 

And plan time to view "Whirlwind: Art in Motion" before or after the class!
